Mango Salsa

This Mango Salsa dish is a refreshing, delicious group favorite. Pair with your favorite chip or tacos!

 2 cups Organic Mango Chunks, thawed and diced
 2 cups Corn Kernels
 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, diced
 1 Medium Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced
 ¼ cup Small Red Onion, finely diced
 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
 2 tbsp Lime juice
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Himalayan Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Add the mango, red pepper, warmed corn, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice to a medium size bowl.

Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
