 1 cup orange juice
 1 cup low fat milk (or non-dairy alternative)
 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
 1 sliced ripe banana
 1 medium carrot, chopped
 ¼ cup uncooked rolled oats
 2 tbsp almond or sunflower seed butter

Add the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth

**Note: steam or cook carrots if you do not have a high powered blender
