Often it is the orange fruit that gets all the attention. But, did you know that mangos are high in nutrients such as vitamin C, polyphenols, and antioxidants that support the immune system?

Mangos originate from India and Asia, but has become a favorite fruit in many parts of the world. They are considered not only vibrant in color and delicious, but a lively mix of nutrients such as Vitamin A that also supports eyesight, a blend of fiber and water to support digestion and polyphenols to reduce inflammation, oxidative stress and lower risks of certain cancers.

Mangos can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. See a recipe below for a Mango Delight Smoothie!
