“Soup is cuisine’s kindest course. It breathes assurance; it steams consolation; after a weary day it promotes sociability; as the five o’clock cup of tea or the cocktail hour.” ~ Louis P. De Gouy

With the change of seasons, comes cool weather. Nothing like a comforting bowl of soup to warm and comfort the soul. What I love about soup is that not only does it provide nutritious and delicious goodness, but it is also a budget friendly and one-pot time saver!

Whether you are dining alone or feeding a crowd, soups are easy to make and packed with nutritious vegetables, spices and comfort.
