Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Have you ever had bananas that ripened faster than you can eat them? Do not throw them out. The riper the banana the sweeter it is! Whenever this happens to me, I love to slice and freeze them to make one of my favorite desserts... ICE CREAM!! On a hot summer day, there is nothing like it!

It is a delicious and nutritious treat... filled with potassium, antioxidants, and vitamin C! Try this simple recipe!

 1 cup Frozen bananas, ripe, sliced
 4 cups Frozen strawberries
 ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Place the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Stopping to scrape the sides, when necessary.
