Peaches supply wonderful nutrients that give the body antioxidants that help protect against oxidation and aging. They also are a delicious form of fiber that may help with digestion and decrease gut disorders. Coconuts may improve cholesterol levels and help decrease belly fat, which supports heart health. Who wouldn’t want all these nurturing benefits in a delicious popsicle?
Below is a simple recipe for an easy coconut and peach popsicle that is sure to please.
Treat your taste buds to this peachy and creamy coconut delight! What a great way to beat the heat and nourish the body!

Drop a few peach slices in each popsicle mold.
Place all remaining peach slices and ingredients into the blender and blend until no chunks are visible and the mixture is smooth. Taste for sweetness-add more agave to taste- may become less sweet once frozen.
Using a popsicle mold, pour the mixture evenly into each compartment, and place popsicle stick.
Place mold into the freezer for 5-6 hours, or until frozen solid.
