A simple and nutritious way to pack in 2 servings of fruits and 1 serving of vegetables!!

 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
 2 cups Baby Spinach
 2 Banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

Add the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
