My client found that the tree in her new backyard was a fig tree. When it started producing figs, she asked for a recipe. Here is a simple snack idea that will be a delight for a backyard cookout!

 3 ½ oz Dark Chocolate
 8 Figs (halfed)
  tsp Sea Salt (course)

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet

Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Dip the end of each fig in the melted chocolate and line on the parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt. Place the pan in the fridge for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Four chocolate-dipped figs are in one serving. Refrigerate in an airtight container, if needed.
