About Me

Coming out of college, I went straight into pursuing a corporate career. Although it was rewarding, I was on the road and eating out most days. The days were long and stressful and it was often difficult to find a moment for a little self care, “Me Time”. The stress, lack of sleep, and on-the-go eating for over 10 years caused me to have low energy, over eat, suffer from constant headaches and feel less and less like myself. Desiring to get back to me, I sought out my options and found that feeling my best can be rooted in what I eat, choose, do and think! I made simple changes, that were both fun and inexpensive. As a result, I lost the weight, the headaches, the stress, and gained energy and felt not just good, but amazing!

Inspired, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. I love supporting others on their health journey towards developing a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
